My Dance fitness journey 

I am trained classical dancer in Bharatanatyam, for 7 years, did practice. I have loved dancing since my childhood, and both my parents supported and got me into dancing. So, I was always quite active in school and college in dancing and drama. After graduation, I started working and almost lost touch with dance and after marriage completely forgot to do any exercise or dance. Like many other girls, I also noticed myself in an inactive and heavy body. And thought to start dancing again. That was an eye-opening situation for me. I could not even continue to do a dance routine for 20 minutes. That day and today, I keep doing dance workouts every day, after 2 weeks of struggle I reached 30 minutes and after a couple of months I can do exercise and workouts for more than 1 hour.
